Purpose: To identify similarities between different bank's PSA documents

Public Securities Association Documents: Research

Machine Learning was utilized to compare Pooling and Servicing Agreements to uncover the operation of these securities. The documents were parsed and classified based on grammar to determine if there was a relation between this and the performance of individual securities. If documents had similar structures, they also had similar default risk.
